In the video, the girl is dressed in robes that cover her body and most of her face. She tells the camera, “State of Islam, attack and defeat the religion of heresy and the gang of the military. Instill terror, exterminate the leftover remnants of the army, and slaughter.”
Then she utters a tiny “Allahu akbar” and begins sawing the head off a doll. She then proudly holds up the head of the decapitated doll, while singing an Islamic State song and wielding a knife. Dropping the head to the floor, the child proclaims “The Islamic State will remain and expand!” The lyrics “My sword has been sharpened to destroy you” play in the background.

Last summer videos by the Islamic State show a toddler beheading a teddy bear. In February the group released a video showing a jihadi training camp for children, where they are trained on decapitating blonde-haired, blue-eyed dolls.
