7,700 Terrorist Confrontations in USA in One Year

Leaked documents with sensitive FBI data obtained by Breitbart Texas reveal that 7,712 terrorist encounters occurred within the United States in the one year from July 20, 2015 to July 20, 2016. The incidents, most of which were characterized as “Known or Suspected Terrorist Encounters” occurred mostly near the U.S.-Mexico border.

Some of the documents pertain to the entire U.S., while others focus specifically on the state of Arizona. The documents are from the FBI-administered Terrorist Screening Center, the organization maintaining the Terrorist Screening Database, also known as the “Terror Watch List”, and appear in an in-house booklet called “Known or Suspected Terrorist (KST) Encounters Briefing.”

The booklet shows that the states with 300 encounters or more were Texas (585), California (879), Florida (569), Michigan (434), Illinois (411) and New York (827). States with 101-299 encounters included Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Arizona, Colorado, Minnesota, Washington, Oregon, Georgia, Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, Missouri. There is an obvious correlation between states with a large Muslim population and the number of terrorist encounters in that state.

In Arizona (267), most of the encounters in Phoenix, a major destination point for illegals cross the U.S.-Mexico border, were with known or suspected Islamic terrorists: 89 encounters were Sunni, 56 were Shi’a, 70 were “Other International Terrorist Groups or Affiliates,” and only 52 were “Domestic Terrorism.”
