1. A refreshing orange cake
What Do I need?
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
3 ground almonds
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup orange juice
1 grated orange peel
How do I make it?
Whip the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is as fluffy as possible. Add the rest of the ingredients, and mix gently. Transfer to a baking pan, and bake in a preheated oven to 170 degrees Celsius for 40 to 50 minutes.
2. Tasty Passover Brownies
What Do I need?
2 eggs
4 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup walnuts, ground
100 g dark chocolate
A little salt
How do I make it?
Melt the chocolate and oil in a microwave, and stir well. Whip the eggs and sugar with a hand mixer or a fork. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Transfer the mixture to the pan, and bake for 25 minutes, until the cake is ready in the middle.
When the cake cools, cut into squares.
3. Pampering cake with chocolate and nuts
What do I need?
For the cake:
5 eggs
200 g butter
200 g dark chocolate
3/4 cup ground almonds
3/4 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 bag of baking powder
Ganache Glazing:
3 tablespoons sweet cream
1 tablespoon butter
100 g dark chocolate
How do I make it?
Melt the chocolate and butter in a microwave (in short pulses, not to burn), and stir well.
Whip the eggs with the sugar for a few minutes. Add the chocolate, and continue to whisk. Add the cocoa, the baking powder and the almonds, and gently beat. Fold the pecan nuts gently into the mixture.
Transfer to baking pan and bake in medium heat for about 45 minutes.
Melt the ganache in the microwave and stir well. Pour the ganache on the cake as soon as you remove it from the oven.
