World News:

UN Secretary vs. Israel: The UN secretary issued a special letter in honor of 50 years since the 6 day war implored Israel to return to the negotiation table: He wrote: “Now is the time to end the conflict by establishing an independent Palestinian state, living side by side in peace and security with the State of Israel. The occupation of the West Bank, East Jerusalem, Gaza and the Syrian Golan, which displaced hundreds of thousands of Palestinians and Syrians, has imposed a heavy humanitarian and development burden on the Palestinian people”, he said.

This narrative is totally one sided, doesn’t reflect what really happened and one could hardly call what Gutteras is asking for as negotiations. They are just giveaways which are tantamount to national suicide.

Israeli Ambassador to the UN Danny Danon rebutted: “He is spreading lies. The attacks on Israel by our neighbors did not begin in 1967 and any attempt at a moral equivalency between killing innocent people and the building of homes is absurd. Instead of spreading Palestinian misinformation, it would be best if the UN stuck with the facts. It is preposterous to blame terror and violence in the Middle East on the one true democracy in the region. The moment the Palestinian leadership abandons terror, ceases to incite against our people and finally returns to direct negotiations, then real progress can be made towards peace,” added Danon.

Israel Homeland Security Minister Gideon Erdan called on the Americans to stop supporting Palestinians. “Abu Mazen is conveys a message to the children growing up in the P A that terror pays, and the US should stop supporting the PA as long as Abu Mazen pays the terrorists. One cent of US taxpayers' money must not be transferred to finance terrorists.”
