J.C.C.s Around the U.S. Received Bomb Threats

Israel news:

Tragedy on the roads: Five people were injured in a car crash near Netivot. A woman and a 3 year old boy were critically injured, a 2 year old was moderately injured and two more were slightly injured.

A 21 year old man was bit by a snake in the Ariel Sharon Park. He was brought to the Shiva branch of  Tel Hashomer Hospital in moderate condition for treatment.

A woman died in a fire in her apartment in Afula.

Politics:

The Supreme Court ruled that the 9 homes in Ofra will be demolished since the Regulation Law doesn’t apply to them. The court also rejected MK Smotrovitch’s petition to join in the appeal against the destruction of the homes.

Preparing for Passover:  The treasury Minister signed an order to permit importing vegetables without paying import taxes. The treasury ministry claims that this will prevent Passover shortages and price hikes on vegetables.

Israel Security:

The IDF Spokesman said: “The Air force attacked 5 infrastructure targets of the Hamas around Gaza”.

Elor Azaria’s court case: Azaria’s defense legal team said they are bringing their appeal to court in the next few days.

U.S. news: 31 threats were called in to 23 JCCs and schools. The total number of threats for this year alone is 100. These threats weren’t limited to the Northeast, or to the U.S. They actually spread across 81 different locations in 33 states and two Canadian provinces, according to the JCC Association of North America.

Trump promises to add $54 billion to the defense budget and cut $54 billion from other programs.
