The Israeli Supreme Court ruled that Israel cannot forcefully deport illegal infiltrators back to their countries. There is major coalition support against this decision. Prime Minister Netanyahu, Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked, Interior Security Minister Gilead Erdan, Interior Minister Aryeh Deri, and Education Minister Naftali Bennett are all furious about this and all said they will work on new legislation to permit it. If the Supreme Court continues to undermine the Knesset, the Knesset will need to reevaluate the balance of power that exists and put the Supreme Court back in their place. They all called the Supreme Court decision ‘irresponsible and endangering to Israelis’.

The Marxist-Leninist Party (MLPD) decided to partner with The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) to run for elections to parliament this September 24th. It is officially classified a terror organization by both the US and EU. But Germany considers them clean since they haven’t done anything wrong in Germany. (Killing Jews is not high on Germany’s list of crimes or wrongdoing if at all. Germany also chose to ignore a whole slew of crimes the organization did on German soil in the late 60’s and early 70’s.)  If the group is allowed to run and gets into office the PFLP will be able to access German funding for their terrorist activities. Other German groups are denouncing the group and hopes they will be illegalized.

The Berlin Federal International Cooperation Ministry and the Berlin Municipality have jointly funded ‘humanitarian aid’ brochures and materials that are provided by the Anti –Israel Al-Haq organization that besmirch Israel and cooperate with the BDS movement according to the ‘Israel Hayom’ newspaper. They consider terrorism a legitimate act of resistance and Berlin seems to be happy with that.
