Norway follows Denmark in Cutting Funds to NGO’s that Boycott Israel

Israel news:

9 F15 two seater jets the US gave to Israel for parts were refurbished and will be recommissioned as the Israeli air force sees their long range, greater armament capabilities and 2 seats as something useful in future campaigns (maybe Iran?). The planes are being refurbished and recommissioned at the Tel Nof Air Force Base in southern Israel.

The Defense Ministry announced that the tunnel barrier near Gaza will be complete in 4 months: This barrier includes wall of concrete 10 meters underground and many technological detectors and sensors to feel the vibration of terrorists digging their underground tunnels. 2 tunnels were already discovered and put out of commission without harming anyone using these new technologies. It’s a shame that funding for these terror tunnels and terror in general seems to be endless. But maybe that will change a bit (see below).

Violent Turkish nationals visiting Israel to be deported: 45,000 worshippers turned out to protest Trump’s recognition of Jerusalem after prayers on the temple mount this past Friday. 2,300 were Turkish nationals visiting. The demonstration turned violent and 3 Turkish nationals attacked police. 2 will be deported and it is not clear what will be done with the third.

World news:

Denmark announced it is cutting funds to Palestinian organizations that support BDS and they are tightening their criteria for financial aid trying to make sure terror organizations don’t receive funding.  The Human Rights council of Ramallah was the beneficiary of such funds that went to terror organizations. All told 10 organizations instead of 24 will receive funding.

Norway follows Denmark and will also block funding to organization supporting Israel’s boycott:  Their letter said: “Boycotts create distance and Oslo believes in dialogue and cooperation to create mutual trust as part of solving the Israel-Palestinian conflict.”  Minister of Strategic Affairs Gilad Erdan was very pleased with these developments he help initiate and said his office will continue to expose misappropriations of humanitarian aid by Palestinian organizations that funnel the money to terror.

Iran says it sentenced a spy to death for helping Israel: Ahmed Raza Jelili was imprisoned in April when he admitted on Iranian public television that he gave information to the Mossad about Iran’s army and atomic secrets.

Jordan denounces Guatemala’s embassy move to Jerusalem: The Jordanian foreign minister ‘tweeted’ that Jordan rejects the embassy move and considers it “an absurd provocation” which goes against international laws (that he invented).
