A week ago, a man surprised a thief who had broken into his apartment. The thief managed to elude the apartment owner with his loot, and the owner called the police to report the break-in.
When the police scavenged the apartment, it turned out that the thief had stolen the cellphones of the apartment owner, but had left the apartment in such a hurry that he didn’t realize he had left his cellphone behind.
The cellphone contained all the man’s details including his picture.
The man, also a resident of Jerusalem was promptly arrested and interrogated in the police station. His detention was extended and the prosecutor is preparing the papers for an indictment.
